Shipping and Returns.

All orders will ship to the customer through USPS or UPS ground. Shipping and processing charges will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process, and will be listed along with the item in the shopping cart.

We are more experienced shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, so please Contact us for information about shipping rates and payment options for international destinations.

Military Addresses : We ship your item mostly via USPS Priority Mail or USPS parcel select , USPS does not include any tracking Numbers for Priority Mail to Military Addresses so we will not be responsible for lost items that we cannot track, by choosing USPS Priority you agree to discharge us with any responsability regarding lost packages. If you need extra protection and want your item shipped with a tracking number please e-mail us for a quote.

When can I expect my order? We're proud to offer second-day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise. If you order in-stock items (business days), your order will be shipped on the next business day. Of course orders entered on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Including shipping & processing, you can expect your order to arrive in 2 to 7 business days from the date it was shipped.

How will my order be shipped? An order shipped will go by USPS or UPS Ground. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail telling you when and how it shipped. The decision as to when or where to leave a package is left to the discretion of the carrier.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping damage should be reported to the carrier.

Cancelation policy: Cancellations are subject to a 2% restocking fee.

Return policy: If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it back within 20 days a 2% restocking fee will apply. (see the cancellation policy above).

Refunds will be accepted if received during 60 days after the purchase. All defective products will be exchanged, refunds are subject to a restocking fee.
